Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shorter service
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Cancellations

• You may cancel your appointment via the cancellation link in your confirmation email
• We appreciate cancellations made at least 2 hours in advance
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT
• Some services show a price range — the final price depends on hair length and complexity
• We reserve the right to update prices; bookings are honoured at the price shown at time of booking

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Nelson Hair Salon and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nelson Hair Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
